Meet Jaclyn McCabe

Co-Founder & Owner

Jaclyn is a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Board-Certified Counselor, and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist Candidate. She is deeply passionate about supporting adolescents and adults in their journey towards recovery, helping them cultivate healthier relationships with food, exercise, and their bodies. Jaclyn specializes in treating a wide range of eating disorders, including ARFID, OSFED, Orthorexia, Binge eating disorder, Anorexia nervosa, Bulimia nervosa, and disordered eating, as well as anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma.

With extensive experience in both higher levels of care and outpatient settings, Jaclyn is dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate support to those on their healing journey. Jaclyn fosters a warm and nurturing therapeutic environment, emphasizing the importance of the therapeutic alliance. She incorporates humor and authenticity to connect with clients, creating a safe and supportive space for growth and healing.

Meet Miranda Mitchell

Co-Founder & Owner

Miranda is a dual certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of focused experience in child and adolescent mental health. She specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of disordered eating as well as mood disorders such as anxiety, depression, and OCD. Miranda feels passionate about addressing the gut-brain connection when considering treating mental health.

Miranda holds advanced degrees from the University of New Hampshire and MGH Institute of Health Professions, along with national board certifications as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She graduated with her undergraduate degree in Biology from Salve Regina University. Throughout her career, she has held pivotal roles at esteemed institutions such as Hasbro Children's Hospital where she served as an attending on both the Eating Disorder Inpatient Service and Medical/Psychiatric Unit. She has worked in partial hospitalization level of care treating those with eating disorders and has served as an outpatient provider in the Adolescent Medicine Department of Connecticut Children’s Medical Center. She continues to offer her expertise as an eating disorder specialist consultant and provides specialty trainings for multidisciplinary teams.

Meet Nicole Lucey

Director of Nutrition Services

Nicole is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist Candidate dedicated to providing compassionate nutrition counseling and coaching. She supports individuals in healing their relationships with food, body, and movement. Nicole also offers specialized services for those experiencing a range of eating disorders, including ARFID, OSFED, Binge Eating Disorder, Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Orthorexia, as well as disordered eating patterns.

Nicole follows an anti-diet, Health at Every Size (HAES) approach, helping clients cultivate healthier relationships with food, exercise, and body image through an “all foods fit” philosophy.

With extensive experience working in both higher levels of care and outpatient settings, Nicole is deeply committed to supporting individuals on their healing journey.
